Jill AND Mary

Jillian Noel Shennessy, born November 25, 1968, in Canada is a Canadian actor and singer who has been honored for her outstanding contributions for American television. The most famous of her works are her amazing performances on American television shows like Law & Order (where she was awe-inspiring to viewers for three seasons as prosecutor Claire Kincaid) and Crossing Jordan (where she played the lead character Jordan Cavanaugh). Hennessy is also famous for her stellar performances on RoboCop 3 Most Wanted. Other films include Chutney Popcorn (an independent film) and The Acting Class. The acting career of Hennessy began in 1988, when she and her sister played twin Callgirls on Dead Ringers. Her Broadway debut came in Buddy, The Buddy Holly Story. Later, in RoboCop 3 in 1993 she played the role of Dr. Marie Lazarus. She got her big break at the end of 1993 after she was tapped as the Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. Her three-season stint in the part was an instant hit with viewers. In 1996, she left the show. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker has appeared on film and television shows like RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys On The Side, West Wing Angels in America and Red Fried Tomatoes for which she won a Golden Globe Award and Emmy Award. Parker won the Tony Award 2001 for Best Actress in the Broadway production Proof.
