 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub (American actress, comedian, activist) is a comedian. After emigrating to America she was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents. Her career began as an actor for children. From 2013 until 2016, she was the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams, and since 2020, she has been the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams. She gained fame for her roles in television commercials. She was a regular host on Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). Additionally, she was a regular series on Yahoo! After being cast in the unaired TV pilot for New Warriors, Vayntrub also is the voice of Squirrel Girl on Marvel Rising. Vayntrub was Jewish and was born in Tashkent in the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents, who were two years old, immigrated to America as refugees from antisemitism. They moved to West Hollywood. Due to financial hardships in her family, she began acting in Mattel Barbie commercials when she was just five years old. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School. However, she quit school following her sophomore year. She was able to get an GED and then obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) from University of California San Diego. Vayntrub studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
